To keep your Dad on Duty cap looking fresh, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth. Avoid machine washing to preserve the shape and colour. If a deeper clean is needed, soak the cap in cold water with a teaspoon of laundry powder for 30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with cold running water, and then let it dry in air.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you have received, unworn, unused, or unopened with tags (in original packaging.) You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What size is the cap?

Our caps come with an adjustable snap, fitting most head sizes up to 60cm. The adjustable feature ensures a comfortable fit for almost everyone.

How do I wear my Dad on Duty cap?
We recommend adjusting the snap to fit your head comfortably. The standard size is 58cm (US size 7 ¾), typically leaving 2 gaps on the snap for a snug fit. Adjust as needed for your best fit.
