• Don’t Use Outdoors: Avoid wearing the boots outside or on rough surfaces until you’ve decided to keep them. Wearing them outside may make them non-returnable.
• Keep Pet Hair Away: For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of products with pet hair or dirt.
• Handle with Care: Please handle your boots gently while trying them on. Avoid stretching or bending the material unnecessarily.
